Android Subsonic App and DLNA not displaying files

Hi,

I set up Subsonic on my Windows 8 desktop. I can connect to from another computer and stream audio and video through the web app. When I try to connect to my server with the Android Subsonic app I see the folders but it doesn't display any files. I have the same issue when using the DLNA feature. I tried to set the permissions of the folders using the following steps

but no luck. I also tried to disable the firewall. Is there anything else I need to do? I paid for the premium service. Thanks.
