Install Subsonic on x86 QNAP TS-453

Good morning,

I've a bit of a victim of assumption. I purchased the above NAS thinking that Madsonic has all the features of Subsonic, which I have been using for years. Specifically, the ability to support Sonos. After realizing my blunder and that I cannot take the "push button" route, I figured my next best option is to install subsonic on the QNAP directly. Unfortunately, I cannot find any recent documentation on how to do this. Everything I have seen is from 2011 and slightly updated in 2012. Can anyone help point me in the right direction? I'm comfortable with following any and all instructions, I just can't find the proper ones.
