***** Display "Now Playing" on LCD raspberry PI? *****

Hi,
I have Subsonic, running perfectly on a raspberry Pi, complete with HiFIBerry DAC, NAS

Works really well. It would be awesome if I could display the "NOW Playing" ON A 20X2 lcd display which will be installed in the same aluminium case as the PI.

any idea how I can "export" that info and display it? Can I use serial? where is this LIVE data?
