HTTP ERROR: 503 Subsonic Ubuntu Server

I have Subsonic running on Ubuntu Server 14.04LTS up until yesterday it has been running fine, but now every time I try and go on to subsonic locally or externally it just comes up with...
any ideas how to over come this problem any help would be great as I don't want to have to reinstall Subsonic and sort all the permissions out etc...
