Problem with some flac files

Usually flac files work fine. But some flac files seem to be giving me problems. Here for example are two files:

Both are 44.100khz and 16bit. The "willplay.flac" plays without any problems, while the "wontplay.flac" takes a looooong while to load before it starts to play.
I'm not sure what is causing this, seems quite weird. Any ideas?
