Subsonic Forum

Hello I just recently starting using Subsonic on CentOS 6 (Redhat)

Everything seems to be working fine except that no songs are showing in the main page, which I find very weird.

Any clues why?

I have the same problem.
I installed subsonic on a debian 7.8, and created a "subsonic" user with correct permissions on the music folder.

One difference with you : on the left panel I can't see album list but I only see :

2 artists
4 albums
38 songs
1,13 GB (~ 4 hours)

Problem solved in Settings -> Users -> Allow access to these media folders

I took some time to find this quite obvious solution because I thought that "admin" user had necessary all privileges on all media folders... that's not the case.

I just spent a couple hours scratching my head on this very issue....I also thought 'admin' would have all permissions...working now after I checked everything on!
