Force an audio (french) channel

I use Subsonic for more than a year now with very few problems but there's still one that bothers me and I can't figure out how to solve it ^^
I have some MKV files which have multi audio (and subtitles) channels and I would like Subsonic to automatically select the "french" audio channel when I play such files.
Does anyone have the same "issue" and/or knows how to setup this ?
