Qualitat for shared media and my own domain adress?

I'm sharing som privat movies from some competitions, but how do i set the bitrate higher? it looks like its only 1000kbps and it would really need like 2-2500kbps.
And why can't i use my domain address when sharing this videos? (i really dont like that my ip adress is showing in the shard videos)
