Subsonic Premium Migration

Hey everybody.

Back before Subsonic was a "subscription" service, I made a "one time donation" which was supposed to give me access to subsonic premium forever.

However, when I migrated from my old laptop to my desktop, the account was no longer premium.

I paid for a year, and now have been getting emails telling me my subscription is about to expire.
I paid for another year and added the new code to my subsonic server, but am still getting emails telling me my subscription is about to expire.

Can anything be done about this?
