FIXED -Error Loading Player: Could not load player config

Does anyone know why my player looks like this:
I've tested from numerous machines and restored from known good back ups but the issue persists.
This Issue just started after years of working, -the only change was that I ran a robo mirror back up of the madsonic directory. Any help would be most appreciated.
