Downloading songs to my smart phone

The operating features material indicates that it is possible to download music from my server to my mobile device for local play as opposed to streaming. I can't find anyplace to do that on my mobile device... am I missing something? Or is that just a feature that I'm imagining exists that actually doesn't... thanks

Using the subsonic mobile app you can designate where it stores the files it is streaming. If you set that cache to be very large ( in my case 20 GB ), then set the app to pre-download a large number of songs on play, and then also set it to only download on wifi it is pretty easy to pre-load with music and play from your device sans streaming.
