Missing numbers at the beginnings of titles - 5.2.1

I noticed that some track numbers are not displaying properly. Each of these tracks should begin with a number, but as you can see some are missing. Both the tags and the filenames do contain a number at the beginning.
It looks like this issue was noted a number of years ago and may have been fixed, but if so it's occurring again. Is there a file I can modify to change this behavoir?
