Hi there
Goto C:\subsonic\jetty\webapp\WEB-INF\jsp\home.jsp
Open it for editing. and look for the following at the top
- Code: Select all
<%@ include file="head.jsp" %>
<link href="<c:url value="/style/shadow.css"/>" rel="stylesheet">
<c:if test="${model.listType eq 'random'}">
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="20">
change the following to line to how many seconds you want to wait
- Code: Select all
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="20">
Hope that helps

I'd tell you how to make it never refresh, but you'd probably call everyone here an idiot again, like the last time I tried to help you.

you are wrong oh master of mix...i will prolly end up going back to vibe...hes in beta now too of version 3..
i like his for a few reasons i like subsonic for a few reasons...both are never perfect but nothing is..
vibe is basically portable....once you run setup u can copy the directory anywhere.....no java needed to run it....very simple to operate...being its beta right now...he hasnt impleted transcoding which to me is a wonderful feature...i used to keep 2 sets of files..1 set of master rips 128k and 1 set of streaming files 48k cause the people in ny would have buffering problems....now with transcoding 1 set of files...a beautiful thing
subsonic is nice for the transcoding....the random art is nice..i get to see what covers im missing...didnt know i was missing so many..the playlist save feature is very easy...vibe hasnt put that back in the beta yet.....the java sucks..im not a big fan of bloatware...and it would be really great to be able to have a self contained install where you could put in any directory...but right now subsonic transcodes and thats very important... but betas will tell the story

i'm just an idiot is all, i thought when you said you had "gone back to using vibestreamer" you were serious. 128kbps for a master copy? yikes... anyways, enjoy your 12 hour counter. looks like subsonic has quite a bit to offer you.

Don't worry buellie, those features aren't going anywhere.

what do you mean, vibe is portable, sounds like subsonic isn't when it in fact is. check out the standalone version. no external java needed, all self-contained, just one directory. if thats not portable i dont know what is
