Server backup question

I have been using Subsonic (actually with MadSonic) for more than a year now and LOVE it!!!
I work on server backup now and I wonder, what would be the best way to back up Subsonic so it will take minimum time to set on another PC.
I backup my whole system (/). Is there anything else to backup to make a complete restore faster and easier is case of a disaster?
