In order to segregate some of my content I would like to run two instances or Subsonic within my Windows server. I haven't been able to figure out anything with google-fu or by playing around with the application files. Has anyone done this within windows?

The easiest thing to do would be to set up a virtual machine, and have one version of Subsonic installed in the VM, and the other in your main computer.

Alternately, but a bit more difficult, would be to install Madsonic (which is based off of Subsonic), and with just one copy, you can create "groups" and "access control", so only users who are part of a specific group can access the media folder related to that group.
