Shared User Profiles and Settings

Hello,

Curious if there is a way to share the user profiles and settings of my two different Subsonic installations. I have a dual boot system (Win10 and OSX) that I tend to use "both sides" at an approximate equal rate. I have found a solution for keeping the server up and running when on either side by having two different installations. However, I would like to keep the settings and user profiles/preferences/playlists/favorites/etc the same on both machines. Is there a simple way to do this or is the best to keep the environments separate? Did a quick search on the board, but did not see anything on this particular topic. Any input would be most appreciated.
