Subsonic on HTC Desire

I recently upgraded to the HTC desire and am suddenly unable to connect to my server. I am able to connect via the web interface, and I am still able to connect via the app on my Samsung Galaxy S3. I have tried connecting to my public IP address, through my subsonic domain, and even through a DYNDNS domain that I registered. All of these work if I connect through the web interface on my phone or computer but do not work if I use the app. I am running Subsonic on a ReadyNAS server and it seems to work fine except through the app on my HTC Desire. Not sure what I am doing wrong. The logs don't seem to indicate any refused connections to the server.

Often something simple...does the app connect to SS 'Demo' server? If so, ensure your 'easy to remember' address is configured correctly. Use your admin login at first, to ensure your entries are correct.
edit: also try toggling your SSL status.

I am able to connect to the demo server although the response is that the username and password are incorrect. It could definitely be an SSL issue since when I connect to my server it pushes me to a secure connection. I am guessing I would need to change the SSL settings from the config files since I don't see it anywhere in the options in the web interface. The weird thing is it was working fine with my old phone so its kind of strange that SSL is suddenly an issue.
