Media Sharing no longer works 5.3 Beta 2?

Has anyone else noticed that media sharing no longer works in 5.3 Beta 2?

The stream URLs are generating a 403 error

URL: https://<servername>:<port>/stream?id=xxxxx&player=14&maxBitRate=1200

Code: Select all

HTTP ERROR: 403

Access to file xxxxx is forbidden for user guest
RequestURI=/stream
