premium Account problem

Not sure what has gone wrong but I am using Sonos and everything has been fine up until yesterday and now Subsonic says to upgrade to premium account but I already am and I accnoy see where I go to now to get this fixed.

You should be able to go into Settings-Subsonic Premium and your license status should be properly reflected there. Is this NOT the case? Cheers!
