Subsonic Forum

Hi,

I installed Subsonic 5.3.2 on Linux Mint using the .deb package but I have one problem:

I can access to myname.subsonic.org from my phone when I’m connected to the same network than my subsonic computer, but when I connect to a different network it doesn’t work.

On Windows 8/10 I never had that on the same computer so I doubt it’s an issue with my router... The only difference now is that I’m using Linux Mint now...

How could I fix it?

This is the error that I get when I click save on mynamehere.subsonic.org:

Status: Could not connect to mynamehere.subsonic.org. (ConnectTimeoutException)

And this the latest message in the log:

[10/22/15 8:14:04 PM BST] INFO NetworkService Deleted port mapping for port 4040

As I said if I try to connect to it using other device while connected to the same network than the subsonic computer it works ok, but if I try it from a different network it doesn't work...
