Track info via Bluetooth bug in Android 6.0

Hey, all. A possible bug that I'm experiencing: Since the update to Android 6.0, I'm having an issue with the track information displaying via Bluetooth on my car stereo. The first song up displays correctly, and if I skip to another song, it does as well. However, if one track just rolls normally into the next, the original track info stays there.

I've tried a few other music apps and two car stereos, and the issue is only in Subsonic.

Specs: Fully updated client and stock Nexus 5, running 6.0.

If anyone has any ideas, great. If I'm alone, hopefully the next patch fixes it.
