SSL Issues Diffie-Hellman public key

I have subsonic setup on windows server 2008 R2. I have been using it for many years now. At somepoint in the last sever months a change was made either in subsonic or in common browsers that prevents me from access the site. Mobile apps and Internet Explorer still work.

Chome gets this error:
Server has a weak ephemeral Diffie-Hellman public key
ERR_SSL_WEAK_SERVER_EPHEMERAL_DH_KEY

Firefox gets this error:
SSL received a weak ephemeral Diffie-Hellman key in Server Key Exchange handshake message. (Error code: ssl_error_weak_server_ephemeral_dh_key)

I've seen a fix posted for the linux version here: https://www.reddit.com/r/subsonic/comme ... sl_issues/

However, I was unable to apply this to windows as all the files seemed to be compiled.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
