Transcoding - Distorted video

I recently installed Subsonic on CentOS 7 and am loving it... however, a few mp4 videos transcode/play incorrectly:

The videos play fine in VLC. Any ideas?

Nobody? maybe I shouldn't have just paid for the premium version...
