Cant access Subsonic Remotley - Forbidden!

For some reason I am unable to access Subsonic remotely, it has been working great since April and now Chrome comes up with
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /UI on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I dont know why all of a sudden I dont have permission, any thoughts?
I can access it locally
