Subsonic with wordpress

Hello,
I have a wordpress site running on a home ubuntu server. I want to integrate subsonic and i'm pretty sure i can set it up as a subdomain on my server with no problem. However, some areas of my wordpress site are members only. Is there a way for subsonic to authenticate users from the wordpress database instead of its own, that way my users wont be prompted to login a second time when they click the link to the subsonic part of the site?
