Corrupt zip archives when downloading?

Wondering if anyone can help?

I have a Subsonic install that's been working fine for aeons now, however I've recently been made aware that some of my users are unable to download content as they once used to.

I've just replicated this problem myself by trying to download an album both remotely and via the same local network. In both cases I am unable to open/extract from the resulting .zip archive because Windows tells me the file is invalid or corrupted.

I have restarted the host machine and tried 7zip, Explorer, Winzip and WinRAR all to no avail. Have also tried different browsers to do the downloading.

Anybody any pointers on how I can troubleshoot this one?

Edit - Bit more info: The corrupted zip file can be repaired using WinRAR, however there's little logging to suggest what action is taken to repair it. When I compare the corrupted and fixed archives, the only difference is that the filesize is ~720 bytes larger for the broken copy.

Edit again: This only seesm to happen when viewing an album and using the 'Download all' hyperlink. If you select each of the tracks individually and use the 'Download' drop-down towards the bottom then it doesn't happen. Interested to know if others can replicate this as the behaviour suggests it could be a bug?

I can replicate this exactly the same. Using the 'Download All' link gives a corrupted archive however using the dropdown to 'select all' then 'download' gives a full, working archive as intended.

Seems to be working for me now after updating to 6.0 (build 830afc). I have recently switched to using the default theme instead of '2 Minutes To Midnight' though, which may have also helped?
