No remote access

I just installed subsonic in an old computer with Xubuntu 15.10. Everything works fine when in the same network, ports are successfully forwarded by subsonic, and if connected to the wifi I can access the server from my phone and my laptop. But when trying to connect trough the internet just doesn't work. I tried setting a static IP(editing /etc/network/interfaces), but nothing happened. I tried forwarding the ports manually, I wrote there what I had set as my static IP which is the IP of the computer where subsonic is installed, and forwarded the ports 80 and 4040.

Canyouseeme.org can't see my ports.
Though SubSonic says they are correctly forwarded.
My user.subsonic.org i registered, but won't connect (Status: Could not connect to senhorroar.subsonic.org. (ConnectTimeoutException) ).

I was searching for a solution to no avail.
My router is a UPC-branded Ubee EVW3226.

What can I do?
Any ideas?

Thanks.

EDIT: I unpluged and pluged the router and username.subsonic.org worked fro a couple of minutes and then I went back to time out problems.
