Sonos wrong username and password

I know this topic has been covered before, so i apologize but i'm a newbie and not tech savvy at all. been using subsonic through my sonos system with no problem, but now when i try to access subsonic sonos tells me i have the wrong name and password (but the name and password work to log in on-line). Any advice (in simple terms) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks much. (it would much easier if Sonos would just fix their 65k song limit)
