Subsonic Forum

Hello everyone, I recently had the "503 Error" that is caused by a corrupted subsonic database. So I deleted everything and reinstalled the program. I got everything set back up and scanned my library of music. I see the scanner scanning the files, but once it is done nothing shows up in my library. All I get is a blank screen where the music should be. I have tried everything I can think of. Reinstalled java, resintalled subsonic, rebooted, rescanned the database, changed the directory of my music, everything. I have attached a picture for reference. On the left side of the screen you can see that it lists my music as being there, but nothing is showing up in the main display. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No one is having this issue? I could sure use some help....

I actually just made an account to ask on a similar issue. This is exactly my case as well, except this is a clean install for the first time. Basically the library is scanned and all the data appears to be correct, but nothing is shown in the actual library. The network side seems to be in order, I can access it both locally and from a different computer on a different network. Still, no client be it local or remote actually shows any contents in the library.

Make sure admin has permissions in Settings.

Ah, it was that simple, thanks! I kind of assumed the admin would by default have the access to the library that was created on the system by default.

still having the error, and a reinstall did not solve anything!!!
