subsonic not reachable after wake up

hello.
im running subsonic premium on win10 64bit. thing is that once i set pc to sleep and wake up, subsonic is not reachable from wan, while on lan everything is working fine.
any remedies?

We need some more infos to help you out !
Is you're firewall open ? ( on pc and router )
Did you try to restart subsonic ?
i guess its a firewall issue (
first you need a static ip for you're subsonic host , then you need to open the right port on windows and in the box configuration
)
i don't think its a big issue :p

Routing is working fine, because its reachable from outside and no hiccups there. This happens ONLY after puting box to sleep and then waking up.

If I had to guess, you did not manually open ports in your router, but are letting Subsonic do it via UPnP.
If that is the case, either manually open the ports on the router, or figure out how to tell your router not to delete the UPnP mapping when the device goes offline (not likely possible).
