Subsonic server - err_connection_timed_out

Hi everyone,
I've bought a pi 3 a month ago. I installed owncloud successfully with an external hard drive.
I'd like to use a music streaming server instead of google play music.
First I tried ampache, but project seems ended and old.
Then I took a look at Subsonic, which seems to do the job quite well, even though I'd have to pay 1$/month to use it with my android phone.
So I installed java 8, then Subsonic.

But I only can connect to my subsonic server on my Pi via http://localhost:4040.
I get ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT with chrome browser from my mac on LAN via http://pi_ip_address:4040.
Maybe I've closed too many doors (ports) configuring apache and owncloud. But I can't find any way to solve it.
Any help would be appreciated ^^

I think subsonic is down right now. I’ve got the same issue. Just started this morning.

I'm also unable to reach my subsonic server from outside my LAN (using my subsonic address), but, that being said, I don't think that's kingkorg78 issue.

I't might be a firewall blocking port 4040 on the pi?
