Hi,

First, sorry for my bad english :?

I use subsonic on my personnal server and internet connection.

When I'm in local network all is good but when I play music by internet I have a loading time for each song.

I use standard web player (integrated with flash).
Transcode is activated but my file are already in mp3.

When I use Subsonic android app it's better, maybe because I have a parameter "pre-load 3 songs".

Do you have equivalent on web player? That can be great :)

Version 6.0.beta2 (build d85b52) – 23 mars 2016
Serveur jetty-6.1.x, java 1.7.0_95, Linux (94,1 MB / 145,0 MB)

No warning in log

Thanks for everything.

Hi,
Seems like your internetconnection is too slow to stream music. Or to be more precise: the uploadspeed is to slow.
I have a very simple internetconnection with speed of 40 Mb download and 2 Mb upload but still am able to stream
my music from my subsonic-server without stuttering or bufferingproblems.
That doesn't help you very much, but it might be that your problem can be solved by changing some settings in your Modem / router.
Since Subsonic itself doesn't have an option to adjust a buffer size you could consider to adjust the player in your subsonicserver to limit the bitrate to 64 or 128 Kbs.

Yes I have a standard connection but it's enough with my mobile in 3G....

The only difference is the pre-load... :?

That can be a good features for web player :D

I don't think that you can configure a player to "stream ahead" .
This can only be done at the receiving device.

For your information, I try "PolySonic" add-on for Chrome and I don't have load problems.

I have an option "Precache next track"
