Adjust video bitrate in 6.0.beta2 (build ef60a8)

No longer able to adjust video bitrate in 6.0.beta2 (build ef60a8). Will this feature return or is it incompatible with the flowplayer? I very much rely on it to stream video.

Yes that was a handy setting in JW Player, as being able to choose the exact spot where you wanted to FFWD. Is there anyway to choose between Flowplayer and JW Player ? Thanks !
