Subsonic App will not show any songs

Hello,

I've used and paid for a premium subscription long ago for subsonic and decided recently to start using it again. I"ve downloaded the latest windows server side application and pointed the directory to where I keep my music.

The web client seems to see the music when I click on "index" however, the app will not show anything in the library. My library seems to be empty. How do I resolve this?

I know the app on my android is able to connect without any issues.

I had a similar issue, turns out that I was using a different user on my Android app than in my web client, that wasn't granted access to music. Check under user settings that the user has access to your media folders. This may help (not sure though).
