Appreciate any help anyone can give.

Updated to subsonic 6.0 today. Was previously on 6.0 beta 2. After updating all of my user accounts and shares had vanished. It was like a new install of sub. I uninstalled and tried to roll back to 6.0 beta 2 and then 5.3 with the same results. All shares were missing and all users cleared. Is there any simple way to get back to the previous install data I was using?

Same thing happened to me. Lost EVERYTHING. Really pretty upset right now. 10 users, 15 podcasts, lots of starred music for both my wife and I that we sync to our phones via D-Sub..

Sorry you didn't have a backup.
I have experienced the same issues.
Hopefully there is a fix for this soon.

Reverted back to Beta2 from my Backup, and everything works fine again.
In addition the new 6.0 can´t read anything from my media files.
Think there are some bugs...

Just wanted to chime in that I also upgraded from a Beta and lost all of my config/users.
I'm super happy I had a backup from February I could go back to.
Just wanted to weigh in and let people know that yes, this is a common issue =)
