Default folders when adding a new user

I would like to not allow access to all media folders when creating a new user. As Subsonic is coupled to LDAP, I do not control when the account is create, i.e. when first log in, so I would like by default to grant access to specific folders and, if needed, grant access to the others. How to achieve this?
