Continous streaming and other questions

New to subsonic, I have unsuccessfully looked for a user manual, if there is one please send me the link.

I am running subsonic on a CentOS VM accessing my mp3's on a remote NFS share (same subnet)

I was hoping to listen to my music in a random manner like I do on my iPod.

1. What are the steps to randomly stream your music collection or a playlist?

2. What are the steps to put songs in a playlist? I can create a playlist, but how do I put all of the songs in the Classical and Jazz genres in it?

3. When I use Safari on my iPhone, it only play one song. How do I get it to stream continuously?
