Two Clients - Bad Folder Sort

I'm posting my question here because my issue occurs in more than one Android client.
From within Subsonic (Win10/Firefox) my biggest parent music folder "11 - Assorted Albums & Discographies" sorts all of the child folders in alphabetical order perfectly.
However, in both Android apps - Subsonic and UltraSonic about 20% of the contents of this parent folder is not in the alpha-sort. The 20% are at the bottom of the list of child folders, in a fixed order, but not alphabetical relative to the other 80% or each other.
