Help, for a dummy

Hey,

I have subsonic working fine on my PC. And had it working fine through the z-Subsonic app on my iphone. but, i had to delete the app momentarily (memory issues) and reinstall it. since the reinstall it's not connecting to the server. and since it's been years since I set this thing up trying to remember/understand how to get it working is making me feel like i'm jumping into French 101 again - not making sense.

So, can anyone help me understand (again) how to connect the app on my iphone to my subsonic account and computer?
