Separate Transcoding For Wifi and Wireless?

Is there a way to do this? I would like to stream OGG if on wireless and FLAC if on wifi.

On what platform do you want to do that? Android phone?

There is a max bitrate setting per-user, set by the admin. Maybe you could just use separate accounts for the wifi v mobile and just switch which account is playing, and turn off flac->mp3 transcoding in the main, so it only is used when dropping the bitrate for the mobile?
