Subsonic 6.0 Database 12,907 entries limitation?

Problem Description: Media Scanner Service won't scan past 12,907 entries. No media files from K (partly J) through to Z, subsonic only shows empty folders. Media files on the server exceed 25K.
Troubleshooting Steps: De-mounted, remounted media folders, re-scanned. Rebooted FreeNAS. Purchased Subsonic Premium subscription.
Playback Application and version: Google Chrome Version 52.0.2743.116 m
Subsonic Version: 6.0 (build a7857c) – April 30, 2016 on FreeNAS device

Additional Information;

I have two separate media files; one for music and one for movies.
Interestingly both media folders only show media files up to J; K through to Z are just empty folders with no media files showing. Unusual.

Okay.

I had another go. I'm not that bright or smart but this is what I did;

1. In settings/media folders I unenabled all media folders.
2. did a clean-up database
3. re-scanned media folders
4. enabled media folders
5. re-scanned media folders

Seemed to work thus far with over 25K media files now contained in the database.

Hi,
I.ve been using Subsonic for several years now and allthough I had some database-issues in previous versions, they never were related to exceeding a certain limit of records or entries.
I know run Subsonic 6 and my inventory shows:
2.799 artists
10.441 albums
141.694 songs.
So I do not think that there are limitations on the number of entries in the database.
Unfortunally your solution to solve yout problem is indeed the quickest way to resolve database-issues.
This can be annoying if you have written comments in Subsonic.
