Lately / at some part in the near past, my search results in Subsonic became slightly off.

There seems to be character encoding problems that Subsonic can't handle.

Any advice on whats wrong here, and how to fix it?

Yes, I have this as well. I'm yet to try and resolve this. Mine isn't as bad as yours but hopefully I'll get some time to have a look and see what's going on.
