I cannot access SS from outside my home network

Hi all
I cannot access SS from outside my home network. It does work for the devices connected to my home network.

I have a version of SS (on the same machine) on Win10 and Linux Mint. The version on Win 10 is working also from outside my home network, the version on Linux does not.
Since the version on Win10 works, I assume it is not a problem with the ports/router.

On LInux, it was working 'till 1 week ago or so.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
