Subsonic Forum

I am using ubuntu 16.04 and I have multiple NIC (Network Interface cards) in my computer. Subsonic is binding to the first NIC, how do I get it to bind to a different one?

I found a couple of answers.

At the linux level you can use network name spaces as described here:

Another approach is to use LD_PRELOAD to capture the network bind operation as described here:

Or, by far the easiest is to use a directive that is supported by subsonic. You edit the file:
/etc/default/subsonic
and in the SUBSONIC_ARGS parameter you add --host=HOST_IP
