Seems like something gone wrong while updating.
I would try a clean installation.
Remove old Subsonic installation, delete existing Subsonic folder and start new installation.
I admit it's not the most perfect solution since you will have to reconfigure Subsonic again. Including defining mediafolders and entering your license-key.
You could try saving the database to a different location and copying it back to the database folder in your new installation.
