Problem Description: Video quality is much poorer than original. No changes to ffmpeg transcode makes a difference. The only way to get good quality is to remove ffmpeg so that Subsonic can't find it and botch my video, but then the sound goes missing. My main concern is being able to watch videos at variable levels of quality depending on from where I'm trying to access the server, but this is pointless if the quality bad is every case.

Troubleshooting Steps: I've tried removing ffmpeg altogether just so I can get the original, high-quality video, but this breaks the audio. I've tried commands like this,

but the output in the log implies that anything I try is ignored. I'm seeing arguments that look like that video is being transcoded into 640x340 videos (it gets even lower than that). They were originally HD.
Playback Application and version: I mainly want to stream through the web app since I'm already able to download videos to my devices via an FTP server
