MP3 Transcoding Slows Down Album Sound

Hello,

I'm on the latest version of Subsonic on Open Media Vault (basically a debian NAS Linux system) and am having an unusual problem that I didn't have with Subsonic on Mac or QNAP systems.

A particular ALAC (M4A) encoded album does not play correctly in the Subsonic web interface. Instead, it plays very slowly (in that the audio is slowed down and sounds deeper). So far I've only noticed this with on album. I've checked my transcoding settings, and they're all set to the default suggested on the Subsonic site. I've checked that the correct encoders are in the folder as well, with the right permissions. I've played other M4A albums with no issue.

It's only one album, so I can recode the album in another format, but it's a weird, PITA problem, and I'm worried I'll experience it with other albums as I deep dive into my music on this new system.
