Subsonic Forum

Hi all,

I recently updated to Subsonic 6 and now can't play back audio in Chrome. I can play audio back in Safari or Firefox, and I can still play videos in Chrome, but my audio playlist is constantly refreshing (two arrows chasing each other in a circle) and won't play or allow me to add any files to it.

Could this be a transcoding issue?

I'm on Mac.

Don't believe that this can be a transcoding problem since you say that music plays fine in Safari and Firefox.
Perhaps clearing the tempfiles in Chrome might solve the problem?

Wonderful, this seems to have helped. A nice easy solution!

For anyone else with this problem, I also started to get error messages saying:

"Failed to find parameter: instanceId (check server log for more info)."

So that might be a sign that you need to clear some temp files if using Chrome.
