Newbie problems

I installed subsonic, it scanned the music folder and it works perfectly with the iSub client.

However, I have two minor problems.

Problem 1:
Problem Description: I defined the access url "gabi.subsonic.org" in the network settings, but it is not available (tested using ping.eu).
Troubleshooting Steps: Tried to access the url from my PC and from ping.eu, it doesn't respond to ping or to port check. (Port 4040 is open in the router and firewall.)
Playback Application and version: iSub
Subsonic Version: 6.0 (build 830afc) – April 30, 2016
Server Version: jetty-6.1.x, java 1.8.0_111, Windows 10 (83.7 MB / 145.0 MB)
Hardware Platform:Window 10 64 bit
Java Memory Limit: 100 MB
Problem Filename : n/a

Problem 2:
Problem Description: Music files are not displayed in Subsonic on the web browser. They are supposed to be displayed on the left or on the center, especially after selecting the "index" menu option, but nothing is displayed, which is weird because the client can see all the folders and files and play them.
Troubleshooting Steps: Tried to refresh and rescan many times, but they still don't show up.
Playback Application and version: iSub (irrelevant)
Subsonic Version: 6.0 (build 830afc) – April 30, 2016
Server Version: jetty-6.1.x, java 1.8.0_111, Windows 10 (83.7 MB / 145.0 MB)
Hardware Platform:Window 10 64 bit
Java Memory Limit: 100 MB
Problem Filename : n/a

Thanks for your help,
Gabi.

Yes, thank you! I had to go to Settings -> Users -> Admin, then select "Allow access to these media folders: Music".

Problem 2 solved. Thanks!
