Web Player - Allow playing before file finished transcoding

Hello,

Is it possible to allow the web player to play a song before it has finished transcoding? I am running subsonic 6.0 on a raspberry pi 2, and waiting for a whole FLAC file to transcode to MP3 with the fastest setting I could get on LAME (with resonable quality) takes about 12 seconds per minute, which means a 10 minute song takes 2 minutes to load.

This is not a transcoder or server problem, as it starts playing almost right away on DSub, finishing the transcode while the song is already playing.
